Monthly Retainer – £30 per hour
To ensure a smooth process for our monthly retainers, here’s how it works:
- Monthly retainers are paid in advance, with payment expected before the beginning of each month.
- A friendly reminder in the form of an invoice will be sent to you approximately one week before the 1st of each month.
- Once we receive your payment, we’ll promptly commence the agreed-upon work.
- Please note that any unused hours from your monthly retainer cannot be carried over to the following month.
- We keep a close eye on the hours expended, and we’ll keep you informed when you have only two hours remaining from your set package.
This process ensures that your monthly retainer runs seamlessly and efficiently, allowing you to make the most of the services we offer.
Inbox and Diary Management – £700 a month

- Email Management:
- Checking emails twice a day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)
- Replying to emails with a holding response when necessary
- Flagging emails that require your immediate attention
- Filing emails that do not need your action or response
- Organising and managing email folders
- Unsubscribing from unwanted newsletters and spam/junk emails
- Diary Management:
- Arranging and/or rescheduling appointments and meetings
- Monthly Update Meeting:
- A monthly update meeting conducted via Zoom, Teams, or telephone to keep you informed and aligned with your schedule.
Please note that this package covers the management of one email account.
