about me

Hi, I’m Lynsey Jackson.

I help growing businesses calm their systems, untangle messy tech, and get things working properly again – without drama, jargon, or unnecessary rebuilds.

I live in Cornwall, I’m a mum of three, and I know what it’s like when life and business are both running at full speed. When things behind the scenes stop working, the pressure builds quickly and that’s usually the moment people come to me.

Before running Ocanu Digital, I spent over 20 years working in administration and systems-led environments, including within the NHS. That experience shaped how I work now: calmly, methodically, and with a strong focus on reliability and outcomes.

I don’t just “do tasks.”

I look at how your systems actually work together, funnels, email marketing, automations, integrations and fix what’s slowing you down.

Sometimes that’s a broken setup. Other times it technically works, but feels fragile, clunky, or exhausting to maintain.

My role is to diagnose what’s really going on and make things feel solid again.

Clients don’t usually talk about the tools I use.

They talk about:

  • Feeling calmer
  • Having clarity again
  • Things being sorted properly
  • Not having to explain everything twice
  • Knowing someone “just gets it”

That’s exactly how I work.

Client example

  • Sorted in hours, not days.“
I’d spent hours trying to fix a broken Mailchimp campaign and eventually had to admit defeat.
Lynsey took it off my plate and had it sorted in just a few hours.

The name Ocanu comes from the Corsican word for ocean.

The ocean is constant, adaptable, and powerful. Sometimes calm, sometimes chaotic and that’s how business often feels too.

My job is to bring steadiness and structure when things feel overwhelming, so you can move forward without fighting your systems every step of the way.

I work best with:

  • Business owners whose systems have outgrown their original setup
  • People who don’t want fluff, hype, or constant upsells
  • Clients who value trust, clear communication, and things being done properly

If your tech feels messy but you don’t want to start again from scratch, you’re probably in the right place.
